Responsibilities
Store Operations
· Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
· Maintain product quality and service standards according to company guidelines
· Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
Team Leadership & Training
· Hire, train, and motivate store staff, fostering a positive team culture
· Conduct regular training sessions on customer service and product knowledge
· Lead a team of 10+ employees with strong leadership and accountability
Sales & Customer Service
· Achieve sales targets and improve store performance
· Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build customer loyalty
· Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Financial & Cost Control
· Manage store P&L, labor costs, and material usage
· Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate cash handling
Marketing & Brand Promotion
· Support new product launches and in-store marketing campaigns
· Build strong community presence and enhance local brand awareness
Qualifications
· 3+ years of management experience in the beverage/restaurant industry
· Previous Store Manager experience in coffee, or other chained beverage chains strongly preferred
· Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 10+ staff
· Strong knowledge of store operations (scheduling, inventory, P&L management, customer service)
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
· Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
· Greet customers as they enter the store
· Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
· Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of cheese foam and sugar ratios)
· Prepare beverages following strict procedures and process
· Serve beverages and prepared food
· Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
· Keep the bar area clean
· Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
· Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
· Comply with health and safety regulations
· Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
Skills
· Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
· Hands-on experience with making milk tea and other beverages is a plus
· Knowledge of sanitation regulations
· Flexibility to work various shifts
· Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
· Excellent communication skills
· High school diploma and/or above; relevant training is a plus
· Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States and successfully pass a background screening to be considered for hire
